You can overcome this by asking questions and getting answers. These things improve you as a goalkeeper.
Whenever you play against an opposing player that is much taller or more experienced than you. Then, It is ok to be nervous or scared. It happens, and it’s natural and as you get older or stronger this thing will soon go away.
If you get nervous, the first thing you need to do is go and speak to your coach, no matter what situation you are in, or you can show this video to your coach this will help your coach to help you.
2nd thing that you should do is, learn the 30-day challenge you need to learn how to visualise, how to daydream, or what we want you to do, the day before each game, and start to visualise yourself coming up against the big opponents.
Once you will start this, this will help you to overcome this fear of the big player. When you learn the comfort cross, you can actually put your knee into the back of the centre forward.

When you visualise or practice in your mind, what happens in a game situation is not a shock, you’re prepared, and it does not affect you as much. You should do this every week or the day before the game.
