Entering its 10th year, J4K of NoVA will once again be offering GK Training to youth goalkeepers of Northern Virginia through Group Training Sessions at Michael and Sons Sportsplex in Sterling on Saturday mornings and Private/Semi-Private sessions in Haymarket on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons beginning in November. The training environment will be fun and challenging and appropriate for all age levels and skill of Goalkeeper. From the new goalkeeper to the more experienced, J4K of NoVA has been assisting youth goalkeepers all over Northern Virginia reach their goals since 2012.
The Private/Semi Private Goalkeeper Training sessions will be open to a maximum of 4 keepers per time slot and are being held in Haymarket at Next Level Fitness and Performance. Friday evening sessions are available at 6, 7, or 8pm and Saturday afternoons at 1, 2, or 3pm. Advance registration is required through our Signup Genius.
Group sessions at the Michael and Son’s (AKA Dulles) Sportplex in Sterling are being offered in two different time slots. The first, from 9 – 10am will be for youth goalkeepers playing ages U9 – 12 (Birth years 2009 – 2012) and the second slot from 10am – 11am will be for youth goalkeepers playing age 13+ (Birth years 2008 and older). Advance registration is required through this registration form. Special savings for the Sterling group sessions is available through 10/31, so don’t wait!
